EXPERIENCE
Mr. Duby is an attorney and founder of the Duby Law Firm located in East Lansing, Michigan. His primary areas of expertise include trademark and copyright law, trade secrets, internet and international intellectual property law. In his intellectual property practice, Mr. Duby regularly prepares website terms of service, privacy policies, Digital Millennium Copyright Act policies and procedures, and intellectual property licensing and brand agreements, including software subscription and end user license agreements. He also has considerable experience resolving internet domain name disputes, cybersquatting, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board matters and has authored several articles and presented seminar presentations on such topics.

Prior to and during law school, Mr. Duby worked as a Budget and Cost Accountant for the Western Reserve Care System and as a summer intern in the tax department of Ernst & Young’s Cleveland, Ohio office
